Dr. Zhou has been actively involved in cancer imaging for more than 20 years. His primary interest is to develop advanced MRI techniques for cancer detection, characterization, staging, and treatment evaluation. His research projects span from brain tumors, gastric cancer, to prostate cancer. His research team has been focusing on probing tumor microstructures and microenvironment using diffusion MRI and other imaging techniques on human subjects.
