My research interests include detection and identification of novel circulating biomarkers for cancer disease management (screening/early detection, diagnosis, and prognosis) and personalized medicine, engineering in vitro tumor organoids models for drug response tests, immune cell-tumor cell interactions, and mechanical regulation of tumor cells. I develop novel microfluidic systems for single cell analysis, in vitro 3D tumor models, and translational medicine.
