Carlos Murga-Zamalloa, MD

I am a physician-scientist, my clinical specialty is the diagnosis and classification of hematological malignancies (hematopathology). My research focuses on the biology of T-cell lymphoma, with a particular emphasis in the role of actin-related signaling during T-cell lymphoma motility, proliferation and chemotherapy resistance. My research goal is to discover novel biomarkers for aggressive phenotypes in T-cell lymphomas, and to identify future therapeutic targets.
