Spinal Cord Tumors and Metastasis: Spinal tumor metastasis particularly prostate cancer metastasis requires an understanding of natural history, drug delivery, and operative indications.. Our contributions include the extent of surgical resection and dorsal column monitoring during surgical resection. In addition, we have become experts on delivery of therapeutics around the spinal column. Also we have developed a differentiation of metastatic progression of tumors in the spinal column.
