Robert Winn, MD, director of the UI Cancer Center, will be the featured speaker at a June 20 event entitled “Ideas on Tap Research Mixer, Cancer Research: Prevention, Treatment, and Survivorship”. It will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the first floor of the College of Medicine Research Building (COMRB), 909 S. Wolcott Ave. The event honors the winners of the Scientific Excellence Award from the 2018 Scholarly Activities Day. Food and drinks will be served.
