The Pew-Stewart Scholars for Cancer Research program has issued a Request for Applications (RFA) for its 2025 award. Applications are due June 10 for the chance to be chosen as the University of Illinois Cancer Center nominee to apply for the award.
The $300,000 award supports Assistant Professors with outstanding promise in science relevant to the advancement of a cure for cancer. The award provides $75,000 per year for a four-year period.
Only one nominee will be invited to apply for the award from each of the participating institutions, including the Cancer Center.
If selected as the Cancer Center nominee, the full application is due August 28.
