Yuru Liu, PhD

Yuru Liu, PhD, is Associate Professor of Pharmacology in the Department of Pharmacology and Regenerative at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Chicago. She joined UIC in 2007. She has a strong background in the fields of lung development, lung stem cells and lung epithelial repair. Research interests of her lab include vascular biology, lung biology and pathophysiology, inflammation signaling mechanisms, cell receptors and signaling, stem cell biology and regenerative medicine.
