Keith Naylor, MD, is Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Chicago and a practicing gastroenterologist at UI Health. He joined UIC in 2019. His clinical focus is in hereditary and familial gastrointestinal cancers, with an emphasis on colorectal cancer screening. His major areas of research interest include using administrative health data to investigate small-area variation in the utilization of endoscopic and non-endoscopic forms of colorectal cancer screening. He leads a research project that seeks to improve cancer risk assessment and colorectal cancer screening among underserved populations through enhanced family history documentation.
