Eben Alsberg, PhD, is the Richard and Loan Hill Chair, UIC Distinguished Professor in the Departments of Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical & Industrial Engineering, Pharmacology and Regenerative Medicine, and Orthopaedic Surgery in the Colleges of Engineering and Medicine at UIC. His cancer-relevant research interests center on tissue-engineered models of cancer, regulated microenvironments with controlled signal presentation to cancer cells, and controlled delivery of cancer therapeutics.
