NIAID Mid-Western Regional Partnership Workshop at University of Illinois Chicago

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Mid-Western Partnership Workshop will take place on the University of Illinois Chicago campus at the UI Health Mile Square Health Center, on May 13-14, 2024.

The regional research funding workshop is titled “Enhancing the Participation of Research Investigators and Physician Scientists in the Biomedical Workforce”.

This two-day workshop is free and open to undergraduate/graduate trainees, physician-scientist and early-stage and mid-career research investigators.

The workshop will provide research funding information from several Institutes at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) including NIAID, National Cancer Institute (NCI), National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI), National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) and the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS).
