Cancer Center @ Flames: Cervical Cancer Awareness

January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month, and University of Illinois Cancer Center members will be on hand at the January 21 UIC Flames women’s basketball game sharing information about HPV vaccination and cervical cancer screening.

The Flames take on the Illinois State Redbirds at Credit Union 1 Arena, 525 S. Racine. The game starts at 1 p.m.

The Cancer Center has an exciting new partnership with the UIC Flames. The partnership is an opportunity to share information about cancer awareness, prevention, screening and clinical trials with our community of students, faculty, staff, their friends and families, and sports fans at games.
