October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Tune in to Facebook Live Amor 106.7 FM on Thursday, October 19, at 3 p.m. for the University of Illinois Cancer Center on “Entre Cafe y Cafe Con Vicky.”
The show, “The Impact of Breast Cancer in the Latino Community (El Impacto del Cáncer de Seno en La Comunidad Latina)” will feature Community Health Worker (Promotora de Salud) Juanita Arroyo and Visiting Research Associate (Investigadora y reclutadora de programas de investigación) Carolina Bujanda from the Cancer Center’s Office of Community Engagement and Health Equity.
