Gene Expression Research and Digital Spatial Profiling

The University of Illinois at Chicago’s Research Resources Center is sponsoring a webinar titled “Gene Expression Research and Digital Spatial Profiling.” Colleen Urben, a technical sales specialist at NanoString Technologies, is the presenter. The GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiling technology enables characterization of protein or mRNA expression in a single tissue sample using morphological context. With this high-plex technology, researchers can simultaneously quantify up to 40 proteins or over 1500 mRNA targets in user-defined regions.
