Associate Professor of Anthropology, Stanford University

Join the Institute for Research on Race and Public Policy (IRRPP), the UI Cancer Center, and other co-sponsors for an Embodied Inequalities Event. Dr. Fullwiley’s talk will explore how U.S. political concepts of diversity, usually glossed as “race,” function in genetic recruitment protocols and study designs for research on complex diseases, “tailored medicine,” ancestry tracing, forensics, and personal genomics.
