International Liver Sinusoid Meeting
University of Illinois Cancer Center member Natalia Nieto, PharmD, PhD, is president of the International Society for Hepatic Sinusoidal Research (ISHSR), and the group is hosting its 22nd biannual Liver Sinusoid Meeting at the University of Illinois Chicago April 24-26. The Cancer Center is a sponsor.
The ISHSR has more than 300 members in more than two dozen countries. Members are interested in hepatic sinusoidal cells such as sinusoidal endothelial cells, Kupffer cells, hepatic stellate cells, cholangiocytes, NK cells and hepatocytes, according to the group’s website.
The deadline to register is April 10. Meeting details and speakers are available in the program.
