The University of Illinois Cancer Center membership program is intended to promote interaction, collaboration, and transdisciplinary opportunities. UI Cancer Center members have access to benefits that support and enhance the vital research of the Center.
Members are appointed to one of three Research Programs: Cancer Biology, Translational Oncology, or Cancer Prevention and Control. Program Leaders are actively involved in the membership selection process and are responsible for determining which individuals may serve as members of their program based on relevant cancer research and participation in the activities of the program. Membership status is reviewed annually.
