Speakers have been announced and registration is open for the 2023 Dr. Gary Kruh Cancer Research Symposium to be held Friday, April 28. Details on the student poster competition and the community advocate speaker will be announced later.
The annual event is held in honor of the late Kruh, a previous director of the University of Illinois Cancer Center. Kruh was appointed director in 2007 and remained in the position until his death in 2011.
