Guests Dr. Valentia Pacheco-Cornejo, an adolescent psychologist at UI Health’s department of psychiatry, and Vikki Webster, an executive assistant at Mile Square Health Center, focused on mental health, loss, and the holiday blues. After losing two brothers to suicide, Webster formed the Reginald & Paul Sewell Foundation to raise awareness and remove the stigma of behavioral health.
