Yuru Liu, PhD, is Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Regenerative Medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at UIC. She has a strong background in the fields of lung development, lung stem cells and lung epithelial repair. Research interests of her lab include vascular biology, lung biology and pathophysiology, inflammation signaling mechanisms, cell receptors and signaling, stem cell biology and regenerative medicine.
