Nicholas Callahan, MD, MPH, DMD, is Assistant Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the UIC College of Dentistry and a surgeon in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at UI Health. He is focused on the evaluation of allogenic nerve grafting in head and neck cancer patients, the microbiome and oral cancer, and the evaluation of the oral microbiome through surgical and non-surgical treatments. Additionally, he is focused on virtual surgical planning for head and neck cancer reconstruction and dental implants in head and neck cancer patients.
