Michael Heiferman, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology working as a vitreoretinal surgeon and ocular oncologist. His research interests include studying ocular tumors to identify novel therapeutic targets and improve prognostication. He is also interested in using advanced imaging techniques and artificial intelligence to study retinal diseases and ocular tumors.
