Kelsey Gabel, PhD, RD, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Nutrition in the College of Applied Health Sciences at UIC. She focuses her research on nutrition and dietary interventions to improve the lives of women going through breast cancer treatment, reduce cardiometabolic risk, and the risk of cancer recurrence in survivorship, as well as in pediatric oncology survivors.
