Jiehuan Sun, PhD, MS, is Assistant Professor in the Division of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the School of Public Health. His primary research interests are to develop statistical methods to deal with big longitudinal medical data, including electronic health record (EHR) data and genomics data. His research areas have included biomarker discovery, disease subtype identification, dynamic risk prediction and network modelling. He also has extensive collaborative experience with medical researchers from different areas including cancer, cardiology, diabetes, lung diseases, mental disorders and others.
