Dipti Sudhakar Dighe, MD, is Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Pediatrics Division of Hematology and Oncology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Chicago. She is Principal Investigator of the Children’s Oncology Group (COG) Program, a tri-institutional consortium partnering the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), Rush University Medical Center and John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County and managed by the University of Illinois Cancer Center’s Clinical Trials Office. COG studies include research to determine the underlying biology of for many types of childhood cancers and trials on new and emerging treatments, supportive care and survivorship involving these diseases.
