David Eddington, PhD, is Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering in the UIC Colleges of Engineering and Medicine. He is also Dean of the Graduate College. His lab specializes in developing new microfluidic tools to answer biological questions that are not possible with standard lab tools or methods. Specifically relevant to the Cancer Center is his work with controlling microenvironmental dissolved gasses and pressures for cell cultures.
