The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Gynecologic SPORE in Uterine Cancers program has two award opportunities for 2019-2020. Letters of intent – LOIs can be as short as one page, with chosen applicants invited to submit a full proposal – are due by 5 p.m. CDT on Friday, Aug. 30.
The first is the Career Enhancement Program, with the award being up to $50,000. The proposed research may be basic, translational, or clinical, but must be directly relevant to uterine cancer and have the potential for future clinical application.

The second is for the Developmental Research Program, with the award being up to $50,000. The research can be basic, translational, or clinical, but must be directly relevant to uterine cancer and amenable for future translation to the clinic. The award is intended to provide funding for the collection of preliminary data and the development of full projects to be considered for alternate peer-reviewed funding.
