Some themes for the Gastrointestinal (GI) Cancers Working Group at the Cancer Center include colon cancer, cancer risk factors associated with IBD, intestinal metaplasia, colon polyps, bacteria in the oral microbiome and other prevention and causation factors for GI cancers.
