Some themes for the Gastrointestinal (GI) Cancers Working Group at the Cancer Center include colon cancer, cancer risk factors associated with IBD, intestinal metaplasia, colon polyps, bacteria in the oral microbiome and other prevention and causation factors for GI cancers.
This group meets on the first Monday of each month from 4 – 5 p.m. The agenda includes a presentation, programmatic announcements and updates from leaders.
