UI Cancer Center events provide opportunities for cancer center members, patients, community members, and other stakeholders to engage with each other. These events provide a learning opportunity as well as a discussion venue for attendees to hear about advances in cancer research, efforts towards health equity, and improving cancer outcomes for everyone.
YAAS! (Young And A Survivor) Tamara Hamlish, PhD The Survivorship Lecture Series happens on the last Thursday of each month, from 9 - 10 a.m. The lecture features presentations on topics in cancer survivorship by leaders in their respective fields.
The meeting agenda includes a presentation, programmatic announcements, and updates from Cancer Center program leaders. This group meets on the second Thursday of every month from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
