A Morning of Art and Relaxation
We invite those diagnosed with cancer and their loved ones to join in this special event.
The morning will begin with an expressive art workshop based on the Danish principle of Hygge which promotes a sense of well-being, coziness, and contentment. No artistic experience is required! Your experience will conclude with a guided meditation designed to relax your body, still your mind, and engage your spirit.
Art supplies and refreshments will be provided. Limited parking and transportation assistance is available.
