An important aspect to advancing in a career as a Research Coordinator is developing leadership and professional skills. Director of the CCTS Clinical Research Center, Charity Ball, will provide her own experiences and perspective to address questions such as:
- What skills, expertise, etc., do people in leadership roles like yours look for when hiring new people?
- Should coordinators get a clinical research certification (ACRP, SOCRA)?
