The Breast Cancer Survivorship Navigator Virtual Learning Collaborative is a mentoring program to support community-based navigators and health workers who work with breast cancer survivors. This collaborative will help to build relationships with community partners and will utilize community navigation best practices to increase access to cancer screening and cancer care by bringing together patient navigators from multiple community organizations to learn best practices of survivorship. This program is provided in collaboration with the University of Illinois Cancer Center, YAAS! (Young and a Survivor), and the Breast Cancer Resource Center KEYS (Karing for Every Young Survivor).
