Join UI Health and other organizations for the 6th Annual Chicago Sickle Cell Summit on September 28 at 10 a.m.
The Summit is a free virtual event for people with Sickle Cell Disease, caregivers, advocates, community-based organizations, researchers and health providers.
The theme for this year’s Summit is “Thriving with Sickle Cell Disease: Optimizing Care Through all Stages of Life.”
CME and CNE credits are offered for all sessions.
